Taylor is a future Holistic Health Coach currently attending Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her passion has always been to help people live a happy and healthy life. Growing up on the Coeur D'Alene Reservation, a soveirn nation, she saw many of her people living unhealthy. Her goal became to help not just her tribe but everyone who needs it. She believes in a holistic approach because everything is tied together in order to find peace, happiness, and fulfillment.
Anusara Elements Yoga Teacher + Natural Movement Coach
Josh has always been interested in movement. He is a certified parkour coach as well as a Anusara Elements Yoga teacher. Parkour, yoga, anything outdoors is what he loves. He once hiked 650 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail so he defiinitely loves hiking and backpacking. He believes that, much like our nutiriton requires diversity, our bodies also need diverse movement styles. Josh also beleives we should all get a daily dose of nature for that has incredible healing benefits.
